Registrar, Enquires-2, Sir, Sub:- Witness Summons in Complaint/Uplok/BCD-64/99-2000 ARE-2[164] With reference to the witness summons above referred, I submit as follows: [1] The summons issued purports to be a summons to a witness go give evidence. However, the contents of the summons discloses that the proceedings regarding which the summons has been issued is based on a complaint made against the Secretary/President/Director of Karnataka State Judicial Dept. Employees House Building Co-operative Society Ltd. [2] I am the present President of the said society and former Director. When complaint is against the Secretary/President/Director of the said society, I cannot be a witness in the above proceedings. In the said circumstances, I request the Hon'ble Upalokayuktha, to consider this representation of mine, and withdraw the summons issued to me concerning the above complaint. Yours faithfully, [ C.
